TripBalance began as an in-house tool for a working travel agency that had outgrown paper registers. Bookings lived in one book, parcels in another, agent balances in a third — and reconciling them at the end of the day meant recounting everything by hand.
So it was rebuilt properly: one system where a ticket sold at the counter, by an agent, or on the bus itself all flows into the same ledger, and where the day's report assembles itself instead of being compiled at midnight.
It is now available to other agencies as a hosted service. Each agency's data is completely separate — your bookings, customers and figures are visible only to your own staff, and never to another agency on the platform.
